Benachrichtigungsfunktion geht nicht mehr

Ich bekomme keine Emails mehr bei Antworten auf ein abonniertes Thema.

Ist das bei allen so oder ggf. nur bei mir was verstellt ?
Serverstörung ?
Performanceproblem / Trafficproblem ?
